Staff Narrative

The ACAD Narrative will tell the story of what you did on your call and it will be able to stand alone. The general format follows a story just as you would write it if it were a movie about the call you just went on. It starts at dispatch and works its way down.
Each member of the staff bring their own unique insights and styles to their narratives. While there isn’t an official format, each element below will be included in the narrative if it is applicable for the situation.
Also, while a specific format is not required, the narrative must be broken into 6 paragraphs or sections. 1 paragraph with the entire trip is not acceptable. Dispatch, scene, HPI, assessment, treatment, and ongoing are the minimum paragraphs you should have.
