Andrew County Ambulance District covers 361 sq. miles of Andrew County Missouri. Established in 1988, it began operations on December 15, 1988. The District now covers a population of over 15,000 residents. The District responded to over 1700 calls in 2021. 
The District has 3 Ambulances and 1 EMS Command Vehicle. There are 2 ALS Ambulances scheduled 24 hours a day to respond to the needs of the community.  The District office building is in Savannah. This is where the District operates and responds to calls.
The District employs 5 full-time Paramedics, 7 full-time EMTs, the Office Manager, and the Administrator. The District also employs over 14 part-time Nurses, Paramedics, and EMTs.

The Board of Directors meets on the third Thursday of each month at 6 pm at the Ambulance District.  All are welcome and encouraged to come to the meetings.  If there are any changes to the schedule they are posted on the District front door before the meeting.  You can always call our office to find out when the next meeting is.  (816) 897-0549.
